Grand Lake Mode is an open concept spacious 3500 sf home boasting 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, amazing views of Grand Lake and is 45 feet from the water. The quaint & gated South Shore neighborhood features a community pool, beautiful streams, waterfalls and fishing ponds for its residents and guests to utilize. The neighborhood is less than a mile drive to the Reasor’s grocery store and 3 miles to Grand Cherokee Golf Course.
The inviting front porch has a roomy twin bed swing for relaxing, reading or just taking in the view of the lake and lighthouse.
When you enter the home, you will be greeted with cozy living room surrounded by light and windows. A comfy sectional sofa faces a stone fireplace with gas logs and an oversized smart tv for online viewing entertainment. The main floor is an open concept with dining area and kitchen in addition to the living space.
The dining table seats 6 comfortably with an additional 4 seats at the kitchen island. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cooking utensils, and dishes to help prepare and serve a delicious meal. The kitchen windows provide a view of the community streams, ponds and swimming pool.
Downstairs is the Teenagers dream with an 80-inch TV, lounging sectional sofa, arcade style video game and foosball table. Next to the living/game room is a 2-queen bed suite that provides a walk-out area to the outdoor Grill, Hot Tub and Fire Pit. The home backs up to a small stream that feeds into a pond stocked with small fish.
Upstairs will lead you to the two King bed Master Suites with walk out balconies. One of the balconies has a fire table that provides a little warmth to sit by while enjoying a morning sunrise cup of coffee or evening sunset view of the lake and lighthouse. The washer and dryer are also located on this level. In the hall between the 2 master suites is a ladder that leads its’ guest to the loft bunk room and queen suite. This area is perfect for the younger adventures in our family.
